I was referred to Sidney by a friend who said he had a great agent that had sold his parents house in Mississauga and bought another one in Georgetown. My friend said he is awesome, my friend mentioned about my personal situation and then had passed my number to Sidney he called me we spoke briefly on the phone then he messaged me via text the next day. We had made arrangements to meet I discussed my intention with him that I bought a home for investment but wanted to sell it, as I wanted to move back to my old area. We had then made a time to meet, this had been early summer 2019 we had discussed some ideas for some changes to the home to get it ready to sell. He had found some contractors for me and we met both with them we settled on a great guy. I had asked Sidney while I was at work could he deal with it, he handled it all for me he would always follow up with me via calls or text always keep me in the loop. I felt safe that he was with me every step of the way.

I had previous agents but they had never taken the time to guide me along this process and knowing all this made me feel safe, always giving input to my ideas and thoughts. Then by the beginning of August we had started the renovations he had accompanied me along the way until I had to go out of the country for 2 weeks on vacation but before I left we stayed in contact and even when I was away but he always told me let me I'll handle this for you enjoy your vacation and don't worry, like he said "I Got You".

While the Reno's were going on he would send me pictures of materials to buy and suggested paint colors and even ideas for a vanity in the washroom that we changed also the lights and doors along with a Laundry room. I had said to Sidney I trust your judgment and don't disagree. 

He has been with me every step of the way guiding me giving me good advise as I am a only child and lost my parents, he has been an Agent first and foremost but most of all has become a friend and I can say that I consider him a Family member and I have said that to him, I have never had a agent like him ever he has gone above and beyond and I will stay with him for life.

In closing he is a great person very personable and funny guy to be with and talk to. Most of all he is a great Agent and I will recommend him to anyone I know as he is great at what he does, knowledgeable of the area and all. He is to me an all around great guy. > Mississauga
