In early 2018, it had become apparent that I would need to put my mother’s property up for sale. She had lived in her bungalow for 43 years. 
An acquaintance introduced me to Sidney Claro of Sutton Group Elite Realty. When the time was right I met with Sidney at my mother’s home. He went over everything, step by step. He showed me how I should declutter the home for staging. We discussed comparable listings in the neighbourhood and surrounding areas. He thoroughly explained the paperwork that was involved with the sale of the property. He took his time to explain all the details, making sure I understood everything that was involved with the sale. 
We met on several occasions and decided on a listing price. Sidney had a virtual tour created and brochures of the property printed. The photos looked amazing and were viewed many times when it was listed online. Appointments of the home were requested as of the first day and on the second day we received a conditional offer. I had not anticipated such a quick sale but it sold within a week.
